Can I purchase just PensionX Portal or do I need the entire suite?
The PensionX Portal is a standalone product that can be purchased and used individually. You gain functionality and analytics when connected with the PensionX App and Web.
How does PensionX Portal leverage my existing PAS data?
The PensionX App is connected to your PAS using secure REST APIs.
How does PensionX Portal keep our member data secure?
Hosted on FedRAMP, SOC2-compliant infrastructure at Amazon GovCloud and audited by 3rd party security firms like Dell SecureWorks, Portal was designed from the ground up with security in mind.
But the biggest security advantage is in Portal's data model. Because Portal uses your pension administration system's RESTful API, processes such as user authentication are handled by your existing infrastructure—limiting the scope of data that passes through PensionX.
How configurable is the PensionX Portal?
The Portal is highly configurable. During the onboarding process, we will work with your team to make sure that the portal works with your current business processes and you are able to leverage all the wonderful features. If your system requires additional displays and features, we can work with you through a sprint process to design, build, test, and deploy new features.
How long does it take to deploy?
3 - 6 months depending on your system's needs. Sometimes changes will need to be made to your pension administration system's API, which could extend the timeline, however, it will not affect the cost to deploy PensionX Portal.
How time-intensive is a Portal project to my team?
On average, about 1 - 3 hours a week. We schedule a weekly 1-hour sprint meeting to review, test, and update your team on the progress. The remainder of the time is used for communication and technical troubleshooting.
Does PensionX host the Portal or does my IT team have to manage the solution?
All PensionX products are fully hosted and supported.
What kind of product support can I expect?
Portal/system administrators can submit their feedback directly to support@pensionx.com and our team will work directly with you to establish a plan of action for addressing and resolving the reported issue. Any urgent, business-critical issues where you’re experiencing a loss of service or significant functionality can be remedied by emailing a special emergency address we will provide to you.
What is the best way to inform our members about the new service available to them?
We will work with your team to build a comprehensive rollout campaign that will inform members of the new services available to them and encourage new registrations.
